About the RoleA Senior Financial Advisor and Wealth Strategist will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs. As a trusted advisor, you will educate customers on relevant insights and expert advice, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.
Key Responsibilities- Take a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales targets.
- Educate customers on various banking, investment, and borrowing solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate complex financial decisions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma are also required.

Based on industry standards and the level of expertise required, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $100,000 CAD, depending on experience and location within Ontario, Canada.
