Restaurant Operations Manager

A & W Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive dining experience for our customers, addressing concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete financial reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing initiatives and negotiate with suppliers to drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with repetitive tasks. We are looking for a team player who can work 30 to 40 hours per week.
