Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new staff members
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Manage staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
