Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2606329 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our food service establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as maintain accurate records of our operations.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, including food and beverage servers.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

Our coffee shop and restaurant operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring staff to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and productivity. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
