Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization at Maple Leaf Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
- Permanent employment.
- English language.
- 30 hours per week.
