About This Role:
The Executive Director is a senior business leader who is profit-driven and able to execute the company strategy through effective management of people and processes. Strong leadership abilities, combined with exceptional communication, analytical, and business development skills are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short and long-term business plans that address opportunities and positively impact the company's performance.
- Build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for all direct reports.
- Review, understand, and take action regarding sales and productivity results on a regular basis.
- Identify and develop internal talent within the executive and associate groups, and make it a priority to make them successful.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 7+ years of retail management experience and profit & loss responsibility.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven business acumen and ability to make informed decisions.
