Job Title: Senior CRM Analyst

Thompson Rivers University is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Systems team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the implementation and maintenance of our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor CRM Analysts, co-op students, and external contractors to ensure the effective delivery of CRM projects.
  • Provide system administration support for CRM and other core enterprise systems, including problem-solving and technical guidance.
  • Design, implement, and customize new CRM applications and systems, as well as maintain and enhance existing ones.
  • Develop and implement integrations between CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead research, evaluation, and prototyping of new technologies and recommend CRM strategies and methodologies.
  • Lead development projects for CRM and other enterprise systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Review systems, application designs, and implementation plans to ensure quality and conformance to industry and TRU standards.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, system documentation, and technical presentations to support user adoption of CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline, plus a 1-year related certificate.
  • Seven years of recent and related experience involving enterprise-class CRM solutions, including API development and systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge and skill in CRM software, systems development life cycle, and reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, plan and organize work, and lead teams on operational and project tasks.
