Job Title: Senior CRM Analyst

Thompson Rivers University is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Systems team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the CRM Analyst team, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of CRM systems.
  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead the development of CRM strategies, methodologies, and architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct research and evaluation of new technologies and methodologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve CRM systems.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, system documentation, and technical presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline, plus a 1-year related certificate.
  • Seven years of recent and related experience involving enterprise-class CRM solutions, including API development and systems integration.
  • Extensive knowledge and skill in CRM software, systems development life cycle, and reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, plan and organize work, and lead teams on operational and project tasks.
Working Conditions:
  • Sitting at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
  • Visiting client locations.
  • General office conditions.
