Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor CRM Analysts, co-op students, and external contractors to ensure the effective delivery of CRM projects.
- Provide system administration support for CRM and other core enterprise systems, including problem-solving and technical guidance.
- Design, implement, and customize new CRM applications and systems, as well as maintain and enhance existing ones.
- Develop packages, programs, and scripts to support CRM and other Enterprise systems, and create reports to meet end-user requirements.
- Lead and conduct research, evaluation, and prototyping of new and innovative technologies to recommend CRM and related systems strategies.
- Lead development projects for CRM and other Enterprise systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Review systems, application designs, implementation plans, and interfacing structures to ensure overall quality and conformance to industry and TRU standards.
- Develop and deliver training materials, system documentation, and technical presentations to demonstrate systems and train users.
- Produce programming and systems documentation for existing systems and new implementations.
- Develop and process RFQs and RFPs, evaluate proposals and quotes, and make business, cost, performance, and proposal recommendations regarding IT aspects to management.
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline, plus a 1-year related certificate.
- Seven years of recent and related experience involving enterprise-class CRM solutions, including a minimum of 2 years' experience with API development and systems integration.
- Ability to deal with application systems users, coworkers, and external vendors with courtesy and tact.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams on operational and project tasks.
- Ability to apply continuous mental effort for long periods of time.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Sitting at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
- Visiting client locations.
- General office conditions.
