Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Toronto's vibrant Harbourfront district.

About the Role:

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression of our hotel. This includes checking in and checking out guests, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests at all times
  • Comply with all company standards and brand standards
  • Interact with guests during check-in and check-out procedures
  • Create and cancel reservations as required
  • Handle guest registration and room assignments
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with guest inquiries
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate in Word and Excel
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to problem solve and complete tasks independently
