Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Novotel Toronto Centre. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations and switchboard duties, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and process room assignments and key cards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Switchboard: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications, as well as manage the switchboard and respond to incoming calls.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with requests, provide information on hotel services and amenities, and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other front office staff to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
