Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at The Anndore House. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
