Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, room assignments, and other related tasks.
  • Interact with guests during their stay, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hotel standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel, with experience in hotel management systems an asset.
  • Results-oriented and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
