Job Description

We are seeking a Director, Asset Management to lead our creative operations efforts. This role will oversee the workflows, resources, and tools needed to deliver high-quality creative assets across marketing, advertising, design, and content production.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a high-performing creative operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  2. Manage budgets for creative projects, ensuring costs stay within scope. Work closely with finance teams to track expenses, report on project costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  3. Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them. Anticipate challenges and build contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  4. Develop and implement processes to streamline creative workflows, from project intake to final delivery.
  5. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class creative and media strategies.
  6. Evaluate and manage cutting-edge creative tools and software. Ensure the creative team is properly trained in using these tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years relevant work in marketing, agency, or program management with experience collaborating with creative teams.
  • Strong executive leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in understanding the creative process for owned and paid channel campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
