Creative Niche, a pioneering marketing agency in Canada, is seeking an exceptional Executive Creative Director to drive its creative vision across all divisions. With a strong focus on marketing, PR, social impact, and healthcare, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing agency that's making waves and driving meaningful change.

We are looking for a highly experienced creative leader to oversee all creative direction, lead a talented team of over 30 creatives, and conceptualize, execute, and drive innovative strategies that position the agency as a leader.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in client development and business growth by spearheading pitches, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of award-winning work that sets industry benchmarks.

This is a high-profile role that requires:

  • Creative Leadership & Strategy: Developing a clear, compelling creative vision, driving creative direction across all platforms, and overseeing the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse and dynamic creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Client Management & Business Development: Leading new business development efforts, owning the pitch process, building lasting relationships with clients, and prioritizing social impact initiatives.

The successful Executive Creative Director will have:

  • Extensive creative leadership experience with a track record of success managing large creative teams (20+ people).
  • A portfolio showcasing creative excellence and award-winning campaigns and projects.
  • Proven ability to lead new business pitches, sell ideas to high-level executives, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply and persuasively in boardrooms and client meetings.
