Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Kwality Sweets & Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
  • Establish and maintain a fast-paced work environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
