Restaurant Manager

Kwality Sweets & Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
