As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
