Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and inventory management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
