Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Kwality Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and budget to maintain profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting
