Job Summary

The Technical Support position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Birchwood Automotive Group's hardware and software infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance for our PCs, laptops, printers, and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve IT and system issues for all Birchwood Business Units in multiple locations
  • Provide hardware and software installation and support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other technologies
  • Manage user access to various enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Dealer Management Systems, and other applications requiring authentication
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in IT or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft productivity tools and operating systems, including Windows 10 and higher, Microsoft Office 2019 and higher, and Active Directory
  • Experience with telephony systems and phone devices is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a common-sense approach
  • Proven ability to manage workload under time-sensitive deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract required
