Administrative Coordinator

This is a temporary position with potential for temp-to-perm, offering a salary of $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will be fully fluent in both English and French, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, booking boardrooms and equipment, making travel arrangements, and completing expense accounts.
- Prepare and proofread various documents, such as correspondence, presentations, charts, and project materials.
- Organize and maintain departmental records, ensuring accuracy and completeness while developing efficient filing systems.
- Facilitate information exchange with internal and external stakeholders, keeping documents updated and responding to material requests.
- Assist in meetings by coordinating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Review and prioritize incoming mail, referring matters for action as needed.
- Address inquiries both internally and externally, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
- Support the efficient operation of the office by resolving issues and ensuring staff have the necessary supplies and equipment.
- Take responsibility for specific projects as required.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Completion of a high school or college diploma, majoring in administrative studies, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with sound judgment in challenging situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven research capabilities.
- Experience providing comprehensive administrative support to management or teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
