The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks, including preparing and reviewing correspondence, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and edit various forms of correspondence, such as letters, invoices, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files.
  • Photocopy, fax, scan, and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing.
  • Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a requirement.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
