Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Work Environment

Our team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be working in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre or transportation company setting.
