Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at MICROPEER SOLUTIONS INC. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing information filing systems, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

About the Role
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties
  • Process electronic inquiries efficiently
  • Order office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
