Job Title: Lead Security Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ardent Security and Investigative Services Inc. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, along with a range of benefits.

About the Role

The Lead Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of security protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling and training;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident logs and performance metrics;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to security personnel on security-related matters;
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to client assets and personnel;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners;
  • Participate in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and grow revenue.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving results;
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License required;
  • Certificates, licenses, and courses related to security and risk management an asset;
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
