Job Description

As a Logistics Supervisor at KDExpress, you will be responsible for supervising and managing logistics operations, including order management, warehouse, and inventory management. You will coordinate and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage logistics operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinate and optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor logistics teams to foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Logistics Supervisor at KDExpress, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to interact with customers and teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
