Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments from Interfor's US and Canadian operations to service the North American market
- Work closely with the Manager, Truck Logistics to ensure adequate transportation capacity is secured
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on availability of inbound empty equipment and troubleshoot problems and/or delays
- Assist in maintaining rate quotes and freight optimization on sales inquiries from the Sales team
- Process freight payables and troubleshoot billing as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of logistics experience
- Rail and/or truck experience or exposure highly preferred
- Experience with TMS and ERP systems considered an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
