The Role

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Mortgage Agent/Broker to join our team. As a key member of our network, you will be responsible for managing multiple deals, nurturing relationships, and delivering exceptional response times. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met
  • Establish and foster relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the mortgage process
  • Oversee the entire mortgage process, from initial contact to completion, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Act as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers, facilitating smooth transactions
  • Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and optimal results

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • A High School Diploma
  • A Mortgage Agent License
