Position Summary: We are currently seeking a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage & Protection Consultant to join our dynamic team across various locations in Greater Manchester & Lancashire. This role is integral to our established and respected estate agency, working in collaboration with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), which has received over 200 accolades in the last five years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify customer mortgage needs and related protection requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on suitable mortgage products and associated protection options, including life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and insurance for buildings and contents.
  • Utilize a robust lead generation system supported by our dedicated sales teams to maximize client engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality service and maintain a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Working Environment: This role will be based in our busy estate agency offices, with opportunities for face-to-face client meetings in the local area. Candidates should reside within proximity to our operational branches.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package, with the potential for earnings ranging from £45,000 to £70,000, depending on performance. Top-performing advisers have the opportunity to exceed £70,000 annually, with uncapped commission structures in place.
