PRIMIS Mortgage Network invites applications from experienced or qualified Mortgage & Protection Specialists to become part of a prestigious, established Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) within our Mortgage Advisory division.
This partner firm operates with over 100 advisors, offering the flexibility and increased earnings associated with self-employment in the Mortgage Advisory sector.
The position will collaborate with the Reeds Rains Estate Agency network.
Advantages of this Self Employed role:
- Control over qualified appointments in your schedule
- Commission rates ranging from 45% to 50% on provided leads and up to 70% on self-sourced leads
- Complete remote working capability
- Operate as a self-employed advisor while being part of a primarily employed firm
- Assistance with case progression
- Provision of laptop, printer, email, and IT support
- Financial support available to facilitate the transition to self-employment
This self-employed role offers the potential for earnings exceeding £100,000 for top performers.
We are specifically seeking existing CAS qualified Mortgage and Protection advisors with relevant broking experience.
PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of the esteemed LSL Property Services plc, stands as the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK, encompassing approximately 3000 advisors across 950 distinct mortgage and protection businesses.
The PRIMIS network provides Mortgage and Protection advisory services through various channels, including Specialist Mortgage Advisory firms, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, High Street Estate Agency partners, online Brokers, New Build specialists affiliated with major housing developers, and online Estate Agencies.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, possess a high level of motivation, maintain professionalism, and exhibit a genuine passion for connecting with people, aspiring to achieve excellence in their field.
