Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Empire Framing Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Quick Books and MS Office, with a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
