ERP System Director Opportunity

At Affinity Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP System Director to lead our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an ERP strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives operational efficiency.
  • Lead all aspects of the implementation and ongoing sustainment of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the ERP team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and optimally, making key decisions on resource distribution and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators, including 3rd-party partners.
  • Report to Senior management and the Board as needed, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with a proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial.

Salary Range: $187,000 - $200,000 per year.
