Job Overview

Objective: Oversee the deployment of IT solutions and enhance ERP systems - Epicor.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the CFO & VP of Finance.

Work Location: Flexible locations available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize the Epicor setup at designated facilities.
  • Identify and prioritize enhancements within Epicor and oversee their execution.
  • Evaluate and synchronize workflows in Epicor Standard Operating Procedures across various locations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Internal systems across all facilities.
  • Introduce invoice approval software and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) across all locations.
  • Assess third-party add-ons for Epicor.
  • Advise on software solutions aimed at improving business performance.

Core Duties:

Examine current software tools and spearhead IT system upgrades.

  • Determine ERP requirements through business process evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure seamless transaction integration into the General Ledger.
  • Establish parameters for tailored programs within ERP applications.
  • Create user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
  • Supervise the manufacturing ERP system.
  • Coordinate user engagement and application of ERP systems.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance regarding ERP setup and utilization.
  • Engage with stakeholder groups to address user ERP requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Epicor.
  • At least 5 years in an IT or Accounting position.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage projects in a remote environment.
  • High level of technological proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
  • Willingness to travel within North America.

Eligibility:

Candidates must possess the right to work in Canada.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Work Permit.
