About the Opportunity

The Squamish Nation is seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to play a critical role in the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 ERP system and other related systems. As a key member of the Information Technology team, reporting directly to the IT Manager, this position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure that the ERP system aligns with business needs and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate databases and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional written and oral communication skills, articulating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP system developments, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Combination of education and experience in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to new situations quickly.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $76,499 - $85,634 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program.
