Job Description

Job Title: Director of ERP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of ERP to lead all aspects of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation and management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement ERP Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain an ERP strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead ERP Implementation: Lead all aspects of the implementation and ongoing sustainment of the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and specifically with Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Operations (Maintenance, Asset Management).
  • Lead ERP Team: Lead the ERP team and provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure ERP Efficiency: Ensure the ERP system is operating efficiently and optimally, including key decisions on the balance of resource distribution (employees, contractors, consultants, manager service providers).
  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and build solutions to improve the highly coordinated ERP system.
  • Foster Relationships: Foster and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators.
  • Manage 3rd Partners: Own an array of key 3rd partners across delivery and sustainment.
  • Reporting: Reporting to Senior management and Board as the need arises.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language: Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial to have.
