We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales representatives, logistics team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed
  • Assist customers with backorders, delivery dates, and product returns
What You Need to Succeed
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Superior oral and written communication skills

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
