Job Summary

We seek a skilled Support Specialist to join our team at Jonas Software UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with customers, providing timely and effective support, and ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively support customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend support coverage as part of our rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using our software systems, including JIRA and Tempo.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry.
