Customer Service Liaison in Healthcare

CAN-med Healthcare, a Canadian-owned distributor of medical and healthcare products, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Halifax, NS.
As a dynamic industry leader, we prioritize improving our customers' lives through innovative solutions and partnerships with healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and able to work independently or as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing orders
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing exceptional service over phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Collaborating with Sales Representatives and Logistics for seamless information flow
- Offering product information and assistance with backorders, delivery dates, and returns

Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or the healthcare industry
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
