Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed service quality and response time standards.
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve service processes.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward challenges.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required.
