Job Summary:

The Resident Services Specialist is the central hub for all resident services at Shiplake's midtown premium properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and elevating the resident experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and trades.
  • Manage parcel delivery and mail notifications.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and review footage as needed.
  • Perform regular building exterior checks.
  • Assist with resident move-ins and incoming unit inspections/tours.
  • Book building amenity spaces for residents.
  • Manage data entry and maintain lobby, concierge desk, and mailroom cleanliness.
  • Collect maintenance requests, rental payments, and distribute resident notices.
  • Log and record resident complaints and prepare building notices.
  • Assist the General Manager with maintenance emergencies and coordinate resident events.
  • Provide access to visiting trades and sign out building keys.
  • Organize and manage rental item signing out.
  • Respond to noise complaints and resident concerns.
