We are seeking a skilled nursing assistant to join our team at Dove Healthcare. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role

This position involves providing direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide emotional support, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide meal assistance and hydration
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer needs
  • Participate in restorative care programs
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Current Wisconsin certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
  • Ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time positions)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
