Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within assigned accounts and territories. This role requires establishing strong relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars, and utilizing a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet and/or exceed assigned quotes and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to influence business relationships with Orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams.
- Utilize sales tools, collateral, and marketing materials to position Ormco solutions for customer needs.
- Provide timely response and resolution to customer requests, including product questions, quotations, pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Establish and manage customer expectations for delivery timelines and product performance.
- Monitor product performance and customer needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
- Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; or 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in lieu of education.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with industry experience a plus.
- Candidates should live within the territory, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Valid state or provincial license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Skills:
- Medical Devices, Dental or Healthcare sales experience highly desired.
- Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts and drive utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage customers.
- Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders.
Travel/Location:
- Laptop, iPad, iPhone, and company car provided.
- All business expenses will be reimbursed.
