Territory Sales Representative

ASPIRE Infusions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating sales, and building strong relationships with clients and partners in your assigned territory.
About ASPIRE InfusionsWe are an innovative player in the cannabis industry, specializing in fast-acting, highly bioavailable solutions for the modern cannabis consumer. Our mission is to improve the cannabis experience by addressing gaps in dosage consistency, efficacy, and control, leveraging science and technology to enhance delivery and elevate the cannabis landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Nurturing Meaningful Connections: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying key decision-makers and key opportunities for collaboration, while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote ASPIRE Infusions products to potential clients, retailers, and industry partners within your region, embodying our brand values when representing our products in stores and at industry events.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our products and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Regularly report on regional sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Education: University degree or college diploma preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a brand representative, sales representative, or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, self-motivation, and adaptability.
