Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Canadiana Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the motel, including managing front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Financial Management: Manage the motel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure that we are operating within our means and achieving our financial goals.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Rural area, hotel, motel, resort.
- Security and Safety: Bondable, confidential security clearance, criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, large workload, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player, reliability.
