Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Canadiana Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of our front desk staff, housekeeping team, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Manage the motel's inventory, including supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, utilities, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
