Technical Documentation Manager and Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Manager and Writer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other related documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documents.
  • Design and implement style guides and standards for technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain templates for technical documents and a library of technical documents.
  • Implement a system for tracking changes to technical documents and version control.
  • Develop and maintain a system for archiving and distributing technical documents.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback on technical documents and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.
