Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and employees, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical issues and provide solutions to clients and employees, either in-person or remotely.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often involving multiple systems and software.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise technical information to clients and employees, ensuring that they understand the solutions and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, including MS Office and MS Windows.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing support to clients and employees across various locations.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 to 40 hours per week.
