Senior Business Analyst

At Mindlance, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key requirements and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate estimates for requirements completion, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery and review.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure accurate requirements documentation.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation, adhering to enterprise standards.
  • Prepare requirements for review, applying various communication techniques, and lead walkthrough and sign-off sessions.
  • Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure scope, detailed requirements, and testing alignment.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior BAs, enhancing their capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a BA/BSA.
  • Proven ability to gather business and systems requirements independently.
  • Experience in online and mobile banking projects.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements methodology, including planning, elicitation, and documentation within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and gap analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and systems use cases, business context diagrams, and business process maps.
  • Experience working on large projects over $2 million.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience facilitating large stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
