Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at iPartner Consulting. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes by analyzing complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirements gathering, develop documentation, and engage with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and prepare technical specifications, documentation, and presentations to support implementation, testing, and performance.
  • Research, assess, and evaluate client needs to identify methodologies and technologies for user application.
  • Make recommendations on new technologies, trends, and methodologies to satisfy business requirements.
  • Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in coordinating projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
